Breakin Barriers

Tis morning i didnt go to sch. Was at Orchard Library @ L5 attending and helping out in e launch of "Breaking Barriers" . Tis book is a collectiong of "stories" of national atheletes. Very interesting. Its abt how National Atheletes breaking barriers like singing, playing a violin and so on.

Its e breakthru thingy. In wat way is it related to me? Well im a Lifeskills Student so Mr Chua (Director of Business STudies) invited few of us over. So we went. I was there to usher e CEO of SSC in frm e car park. I was in white long sleeve n i folded my sleeves. n my Exco William, was in long sleeve n not folded..

He wasnt asked to usher him in.. Somehow i was very honored and yea.. hehe but then we didnt get to usher him in apparently he parked his car somewhere and yea.. So we headed of to e library upon receiving e call. Was fun had to say.

Everyone of us got a copy of e book. Pple like, Dr William Tan (Pic here), Lim Tong Hai, Marc Lim and few others were there. I was very amazed tat one of e athelete i think its Eileen Chai or something, she played e violin and it was nice.

Its like doing something aside frm wat u are doing something like a sideline thing.. Very interesting. Of course i did take few pictures wif some. BUT not EVERYONE like one of e council mates did. I of course took picture wif my Lifeskills Teachers, Miss Xavier...

She was taking care of us for e few months n she was very nice. Pretty too.. hehe. WEll some stupid stuff did happen too.. after e event, we were mingling arnd and i asked Miss XAvier if we could give Dr Tan a copy of e book and we checked wif Mr Chua.

Mr Chua said he must have a copy so Miss Xavier explained to one of e teachers frm my sch while i took the book to Dr Tan. And Mr Chua took another of my book, "Hot Tips", and passed it to Dr Tan too.. So i took one frm e teacher frm my sch.

The teacher frm my sch, asked y. I explained to her and she said "Doesnt sound very convincing but jus take lah" I was so pissed.. I told Miss XAvier n she got it too.. n of course i started rattling off.. But i didnt tell her off bcos she was a teacher in my sch so yea..

AFter tat councillors who went for e launch we went galaventing arnd in Orchard n wen home at 2 plus.. hehe kinda fun lah. Minus e fact tat its not a friday lah.. But still it was a fun day.. Came back n slp till like now.. hheeh well e pics for today are below. More to come next week. so yea.. hehe enjoy yea.
