School & I and my life wif Grace

Thursday:

Thursday morning was school.. I was awaken by a phone call at 0830!!! DAM IT I WAS DAM LATE!!! ~,~ Was pissed.. Comtemplated on whether to go to school a not.. Called mummy and asked if she woke me up.. She said she did.. However i doubted e fact she really did because she said stuff tat really contradicted herself and i don wan to talk abt it.. She called me while i was on e way to sch and i was abt to shout at her over e phone but i jus hooked off.. My temper wasnt so gd..

In anycase, i picked up the courage and headed down to school to face the music. I was prepared to have an unreasonable faci whom i had to suck up to and so on.. Didnt care didnt give a dam. Wats done is done jus have to go and face the music.. ;) Be a man and do e right thing. Arrived Woodlands and well yea headed to sch and wen to class..

Kinda felt a bit disorientated maybe bcos of the location of my classroom.. So picked up the guts and headed into class and i said "Hi I'm Sherwin.. Which Group am i in or do i just sit anywhere?" one of the groups said "O you are in our group". When to my group and well they look of to me.. I apologised for being late.. Wonder how they evaluated me as well.. Didnt really care.. No one seem to be talking untill i added them on MSN and inititated a conversation..

It was actually break time and the Facilitator wasnt there.. When she came, she approached me, she asked if i was Sherwin and i somehow put my right hands up trying to apologise for being late.. She kinda wanted to shake my hands so yea she shaked hands and during the hand shake i said "Im sherwin and im sorry for being late.." Last Semester, during my Science lesson, she sat in because she was new and i remembered her because i wanted to throw a tissue paper and e paper flew and hit her shoulder.. I couldnt apologise enough cos i was so embarressed and so on.. She said "Its ok i appreciate the fact u still came though u were late" I was so relieved she was nice and so on..

Lesson was abt Cell Membrane.. Was cursing to myself because i understood nothing and well my group members were nice.. I was assigned to do PPT... hehe.. Everythign was ok but i still hated myself for being late and so on.. Gd thing the day ended fast.. headed out of sch and started cursing to myself.. hmmm Weird... Headed to buy dinner and this 2 kids frm SpringField Secondary School, were playing in e bus and they broke the EZ Link card device.. The driver made a fuss over it and was held up for a moment..

Later headed to buy dinner and yea.. Was talking to a friend and later, mummy wanted my to update her IPOD and later, i kinda got pissed wif her i mean u said u woke me up and u said so much to contradict urself and i doubt tat u even woke me up and u still tell me to my face abt being high class and so on?? WAT THE FUCK!!! I really wanted to give her a piece of my mind.. JUS PISSED and fucked everyone out aside frm dearie and so on... Later, showered and slp..

Friday:

Friday came.. Hmm mummy budged into my rm and shouted at me to wake up.. FIRST TURN OFF OF THE DAY! I jus kept silent and wen i saw e kitchen i jus said "u go do ur shit first lah!" Headed back to slp..

She was done by 0630.. I headed to e toilet and yea did my stuff.. Later dressed up for sch.. Felt lousy again because it was Friday which is gd but Maths which sux.. I smsed Xian Hao and said i would be late..

He replied saying all of them over-slpt and would be late.. hehe.. Headed to e bus stop and e bus came.. DAM.. 168 WAS PACKED LIKE A CAN OF SARDINES.. Decided to wait for another bus.. Again a choice and decision i made and i will live wif e consequences..

Arrived Woodlands and yea.. met Xian Hao and e rest.. Shi Yun came and we headed to breadtalk to get breakies.. Took 902 (RP Shuttle Service) and while we were in the queue, e TransIsland service staff (who would always be there to check our student cards) came to us and said "the bus will arrive in 4mins time.. Its goin to be the long one and got cold aircon.. very comfortable"

I was amazed by his level of service and i thanked him sincerely.. hehe.. I dunno y but yea.. The bus came and boarded it.. We stood cos not many seats left.. Arrived sch and headed to class.. Was a bit late..

Headed in class and i said "Hi im Sherwin.. Where do i sit?". The teacher asked "Whats the ur name?" and i replied "Sherwin" and he replied "Team 2". He didnt tell me where it was.. Stupid ass.. I asked "Where is team 2?", looked around and no reply..

Got a bit cheesed off and said "Does anyone not have a mouth to answer?" and this china girl who has been living in Singapore for 9 years wif her parents said "O u are here" so i said hello and apologised for being late..

They were jus abt to talk abt the problem statement.. The teacher aparently did tis thing where he jus flashed the problem statement and everyone was stunned as in lost and he jus asked them wat they have to say..

He did tat to me and i zapped him without hestitating and i said "IF u noticed i jus entered and im reading and i have no idea was golden ratio is. Care to enlighten me?" and i did it with hell of an attitude.. aahahah

Think i appeared to be e garang one in class.. ahaha.. This Facilitator, he dressed up like some site manager or supervisor, was terrible.. he didnt teach us anything and onli wen around asking "Hows ur progress and wat have u learnt" i was like "WAT THE FUCK"....

VPN was dwn too.. Everyone seem to know wat to do aside frm my grp.. We were silent.. Quite bored.. we were all lost.. the faci came to our group and then he wanted to knowhow to address us and he looked at me i said "Sherwin" and he asked "Sherwin or Edgar" and i said "for the THIRD time, Sherwin"

He said "ok"... He then went "So wat have u found out?" i looked at him wif tis expression and said "Find wat? VPN is dwn. We can onli measure each others arms. Nothing else.. I don even know wats goin on. I onli know its related to numbers and Davinci code"

I think i made him speechless and i didnt care.. Cut the story short..

Had Lunch with Xian Hao, Shu Hua, Alvin, Shi Yun and Lois..

We had lunch and well yea through means and way we got our presentation done.. hehe.. Presented and dam tis Faci really got it bad frm me.. He didnt pay attention to our presentation.. For my RJ, he asked "How could i have made better use of my time?" and this was wat i wrote " The topic seems a bit too vague. Was in class today?

Frankly I believe I would have spent my time at home resting. Yes I really apologize for being late for school however I wasn’t feeling well today.

I somehow expected a teacher who was “cheery” however pardon me but mathematics is not my forte and something I have lost touch for 3 year and somehow entering RP, having mathematics or science is a nightmare.

When I saw the problem statement, it was like greek to me. I didn’t understand anything and everyone is my group was so lost. We didn’t understand much. I would have stayed home and continued catching up with my personal stuff.

During the presentation of the 6^th presentation, I was so “bored” literally that I really want to shut down which I believe almost everyone did. It’s a Friday and I expected to lesson to be nice and fun and not something dry and boring.

So therefore pardon me but I believe my time would have been better use by just doing my own stuff."

Don really like tis Faci.. He jus left without saying "Bye" or "Have a pleasant weekend" and goodness i hate him.. In anycase, after tat, did my RJ and above and headed for a meeting.. JIVE Meeting..

I dunno y they want to have a meeting.. Best part is i feel like backing out frm this project or event they are planning on.. Don like it at all.. I mean my ideas are SHUT OUT. I cant voice wat i have to say and there arent any meetings.. All informal shit.. Its a serious turn off..

Later, headed to Marina to meet my friend.. Had dinner and headed home.. Quite tired frm the day.. Read Grace's blog and yea.. left a comment there..

Woke up at like 1230.. Got am SMS frm dearie.. Kinda sadden by her SMS.. Guess after 3 years, its finally it.. I was very groggy wen i read e sms but suddenly tot of us and how we first met jus came to mind..

I was very i dunno jus felt very tired and heavy and i wen back to slp till 1230.. Haiz.. dunno lah guess tats jus e way it is..

She's on her way to SYD.. Here i am blogging.. Duno y, jus now wen i woke up, i jus wen to see Krisshop online and saw 2 plane models again which i did 2 days ago and today wen i saw it, i dunno y i jus cried.. its like haiz dunno lah..

Back to School It is

Dam in like 11 hours or so, ill be out of bed and off to sch for the new term..
This simply means new class, new classmates, new teachers.. Onli thing tats not new is my laptop, clothes, myself and everythign i possess.. However i have gained new experience thru my event (IMF) which made me grow..

This would begin from sunday.. 17/9/06

Wen to work and hmm my route was Suntec-Raffles Hotel-Swissotel The Stamford and Raffles the Plaza.. Had a sucky start.. My bus driver sucked and worse my police man so dumb. Dam pissed..

The driver kept cursing even infront of delegates and i was turned off by the attitude.. The police man so so quite and found out he works at his chocolate shop at e airport..

I have to admit as demoralised as i was, however i have to handle e matter in a more professional and proactive manner.. The presence of the police was to take care of security and well my police wasnt bothered rather he didnt know wat to do..

I had to keep my time sheet in hand at all times and since i had attitudes coming frm e driver and police, i didnt care abt e driver.. However i did feel like telling e police to jus sit at e back of e bus.. Useless tat his presence was more of a nuisance.. Pardon me..

I single handedly did everything.. Checking of passes and talking to guests.. Was amazed i actually managed to initiate a group conversation wif 4 strangers who were frm different parts of e globe.. Felt very happy.. :) They introduced themselves and even alighted at Swissotel for coffee for some discussion.. hehe..

Guess as bad as it was, it brought the best out of me :)

S2006 IMF Uniform One last time

Hmm followed Faeiza on her bus.. Wanted to see how boring other routes would be.. Had complaints so i tried one boring route.. Intercontinental and Alson Hotel.. DAM BORING.. ahha

My friend i made. Faeiza same sch but was frm ITE Dover my senior by 2 yrs :) we can get along well.. :)

Faeiza's bus driver was very nice.. He gave me e keys to e bus and tot me how to start a bus.. I managed to.. With no difficulty.. Jus tat he missed out e press e key dwn so yea i pressed e key and press the "Start" button and e bus started.. cool..

Too bad cant drive.. But i took a shot before he came.. ahhaa.. Faeiza's police was also an FS wif SQ.. haha. onli realised tat wen i was doin my route ..

My route onli started near 5pm because first they had a bus but e driver was missing then e police and driver were missing but the bus was there.. Then e bus and driver was there but e police was missing till i wen to e Bus Inspector cos they screwed up..


They managed to get a bus and a driver and MINDEF got me a police man.. Both of them were nice.. hehe.. Was happy.. I had an added stop at Esplanade and yea had e sticker below.. I actually i was suppose to return it but i didnt hehe..

Now tis was frm my bus. Esplanade was one of my stops for e event as above :) Took tis decal home.. ahaha.. ;) Was taken in e bus..

Hmm i was sad bcos it was my last day so haiz.. Kinda cried my way back and later had withdrawal symtoms and its happens wenever i have events.. Kinda like a curse to me..

Woke up at night and felt like shit and took some drugs and well yea.. haiz.. E day was spent rotting and resting.. Tomorrow its off to sch.. This weekend will do a write up on "The Devil Wear's Prada" and the IMF event as a whole.. hehe..

I havent done my ironing yet.. yikes..

The Week Ahead

Hmm Its been abt a week and a day since i blogged..

Things have been fast moving since the last time i blogged..

Well Will Skip e friday but lets move on to tis week.. A new week..

Monday started off quite well.. Slow and nice.. Tuesday was a bit hectic running arnd like wow.. ahaha.. Wen for a briefing for some assignment and well mine was a screw up.. to find out log on to http://flydevil.blogs.friendster.com/my_blog/ and you can read abt it..

Wednesday till Yday, was busy. Wednesday was on assignment at a hotel and Thursday onwards, was officially on IMF duties.. Quite fun though im still disappointed wif e fact tat i got dumped wif e rest.. then again.. haiz..

Now i onli hope ill get posted to do Social Events at least i can give tours while they are on their way..

Dearie is now in DXB jus got back frm CAI yday.. Missed her though its been like 6 says since she left.. She got me a pic of e spare bed in her rm if i were to be in CAI wif her.. Not forgettin e Sphinx.. hee..

The last few days, duties were ok.. Load was very motivating.. Slow moving and dry.. Somehoe i dunno y they need so much man power.. Maybe bcos they pic everywhere and don realise the cream of the crop?

However in terms of management skills, they are bad and really bad at it.. They lack communication and well since young i know e army is onli get and shouting like bunch of babarians.. Not need to prove.. My dad did it once in his camp and even on tv u can see...

I realised my routes was one of e best. I have been having well to them its a misadventure and well some bus hosts really arent fit for e job.. They don even know their country well. People are here to see ur country and u keep asking them abt their..

I mean if u cant do it pack up and go home.. So much for welcoming them.. if its me id tell her to shut up and let me ask and she jus answer.. Her hotel is somewhere in town and i come to appreciate my route bcos i have toilets available wen i really need it.. hehe..

Simply bcos i keep drinking too much water.. ahaha.. Therefore im not changing my roster wif anyone.. haha..

This Week, things have been slow moving.. It was smooth sailing.. Quite good.. Monday was cleaning my room well kinda slacked and rotted and didnt shower the whole day.. Ended up showering at 2 plus cant imagine i did something so disgusting... haha..

Tuesday i continued with my room and headed to TM to meet my friend for movies.. Dinner too of course given the fact that i didnt eat anything.. Movie for the day was "Devil Wears Prada".. Thru the show, it really hit me hard tat how much things have happened to me..

Will elaborate more abt it on the show is another blog.. Would do a "Type up" on the show soon.. ;)

After the show, headed to another friend's place to stay.. Quite boring though.. haa...

Wednesday morning, leave at abt 9 for home.. Was so happy my room looked so nice.. hehe.. Somehow while i was doin tis stuff, last week, dearie sent me a package.. Inside were some items dating as long as 2 yrs back..

I somehow decided to jus stand by the kitchen window having this feeling tat e package would arrive.. 5 mins passed and i saw the Singapore Post van.. I was so anxious and excited.. Was telling myself if he took a box out, it meant tat its mine..

True enough so i ran to my room and took e keys.. I then stood by the window waiting for the post man to come.. When he was at my coridoor, i opened the door and he said "Wah u know arr?" and i replied "Yea expecting for it to come.."

Later goin my workout and get the kitchen cleared then got to go to TM to get some stuff.. hee.. personal shopping ahaha..

Tomorrow is friday think might be goin out..Not sure yet.. Sat ill be goin to Ubin till Sunday and go out wif a friend.. MOnday would be the start of IMF.. Shucks tot of it cheeses me off.. I have been shifted back to Hotel and no longer airport tats so not cool..

Pardon me Mindef really sucks to the core for its inefficiency.. They have to be organised.. They are so messed up.. It really gets on my nerves..

Yes they can protect the nation and so on but frm the looks at all tis planning, though its a gd show on the actual event, how ever look at how all tis planning is done?
