Work...

Work yesterday began with a not so gd note.. I was doin my 1600-0100.. I dont really like that shift because firstly, i hate the transport.. Basically its jus tat.. And yea u command the other wing and u do solo.. Which by tis time im quite used to doin..

Hmm flight at the start were ok.. I had my usual CX and cases were alright.. Later i had my NH.. NH on the whole they are a very particular airline.. Well i would say all the Japanese Carriers are very particular..

What happened was at this belt, i had a GA flight which was of course handled by another ground handling agent in this case was CIAS.. They knew i had a flight on tat belt and the flight has landed..

Yet they still moved like as if they had all e time in the world.. I told the baggage handling guy of CIAS to move the bags neatly to one side of the belt and i still assisted him and he jus pulled it and the bags were all around the belt.. So frustrating..

So i manually pulled and aligned the bags.. Then he made noise saying i didnt tell him like as if he doesnt know.. The translator for NH from SATS was standing and observing the whole incident and was displeased with CIAS..

Dont really care if tat guy hates me but i mean tis is work.. Have ur own initiative.. CIAS they are totally unethical and seriously have no sense at all.. Goodness.. The rest of my flights were all ok.. Very good. I mean there were cases.. Thre is no such thing as no case but its how u managed and handle them..

As usual i hate my China flights.. Dam smelly and someone spilled alcohol.. Dam dam Smelly.. Ask the cleaner to mop he jus wipe the wine.. So later preped to go home.. I mean everything was ok lah managable.. hee..

Was meeting tino for supper. He came to fetch me so had to rush.. Before i left had to do some translation.. Which later my senior took over.. Rushed and then wen to Simpang Bedok for supper.. Had prata.. Came home showered and sleep..

Today working at 1800-0300.. Pray flights are good.. :)

Pampered or Not

Hmm the last few days has been quite ok.. I mean i had 2 days off.. Tuesday and Wednesday.. Tuesday was spent at home literally rotting.. Was resting and well im avery homely so i prefer to stay home as and wen i can.. Of course i did my workouts and all..

Yesterday, wen to cut hair.. Haiz.. Once again the lady cut my hair wrongly.. :( Later wen to settle tat darn Nokia phone and thereafter, wen to buy a gift for BB(Shortcut name) after tat, headed to meet him..

Later had dinner and walked around.. Somehow i kinda want to do bag packing.. ahaha.. Well after tat headed home to get my uniforms Ironed. REcently i noticed.. AT work, at T2, there are lots of politics and one gossip and travel around the whole department.. However in T1, well it appears that well they are nice. Somehow i sense sincerity and i hope tis people arent backstabbing wolves..

The reason to y i sense their sincerity because yea they are nice and well in a way loving.. Love in the dept.. Very nice.. Good relationship with each other and of course there are a few black sheeps tat we have and one of them, kinda got scolded by a passenger some weeks back.. So yea in a way im always cheery at work and yea hee.. there is love :) I don love pple there lah but yea they kinda guide me as i go.. Processes and all..

Today its back to work.. Dam working wif all those assholes.. As in people whom i don like.. Lets jus say we have the people with class and standards and people without.. Ask them to work an extra hrs and whole world got to know.. Stupid shit heads..

Its my last 1600-0100 then tomorrow till Monday its 1800-0300.. Work is fun but with those whom u cant work with, goodness can be hell.. Hope i get gd peep too though. :)

Working..

Yesterday was actually doin a different wing.. Was handling the wing where Mark's mum would be arriving frm so therefore it was quite easy for me... However Mark actually gave me a wrong tag no. but was able to get the bag out in time and well somehow wen this lady came out i jus knew it was her and approached her and check wat her name was..

Hmm e rest were ok i guess.. I mean its managable and well i overlooked an interline bag.. Was goin on SQ68 but departing 30mins so not enough time but e rest were ok.. hehee.. Had a gd baggage handler so it was quite ok..

So sians.. also dunno wat to blog.. tiring.. haha

Saturday... Another 1800-0300

Hmm tis morning at abt 10 plus while i was still in bed, Audrey my ex classmate called me and informed me that our gd friend Mark, whose dad passed away earlier in e morning.. Was actually very zombish and sounded like "oh ok.."

Later after tat i sent Mark and sms.. Went back to slp.. Jus got up and called Mark.. HIs mum wld be coming back on 9W16.. Wont be handling tat Wing today so guess after my JL, would be goin to meet his mum to clear her thru immigrations and all and later after tat her bags and thereafter see how i can make the process as seemless for her..

Kinda tired.. Last night felt like i was having or abt to have a migraine.. Was quite alright i gues.. Flights were all good.. Had QR frm CGK and well had onli 3 pax bags and e rest were crew bags.. REcently i kinda devised a new term for crew who come dwn late in grrps.. hehe.. If crew who comes dwn ater 10mins or so after pax has left, i would say that the crew would be having "mass orgy" on flight.. ahahah..

Ok its stupid and lame but hehee.. it makes work funny.

For the past few days, didnt really have tat many weird cases however i did recall the day before yesterday, for one of my CA flights, we had tis pax whose bag didnt make it on the flight and wat happen was tat we had to bring him to file a report.

Later in the process of doin so, they asked me to be the translator so wen i asked him for his hotel his address, and he gave it to me, i kinda pass it to the reportin staff... I kept my composure by not laughin and all..

However wen he asked me wat hotel it was, and y he has never heard of it before, and how come it had "Fragrance Hotel, Rose"... I giggled and said.. Fragrance hotel has many branches and Rose is one of the branch is lives at and tats at the red light district.. and i jus burst out laughing.. ahaha..

He looked a bit nervous and of course given the fact tat there were 4 of them it was really hilarious.. but mean.. haha.. As i was laughin, he said tat he wasnt the one who booked the hotel so yea..

Hmm on the whole flights the last few days were ok.. O yea.. This Thai rep, he likes to bully new staff.. There was once, he kinda tried to bully me and i jus stared at him.. Yesterday i nearly laughed at him..

Wat happened was tis pax didnt have his bag on e flight.. I asked for his Baggage tag and boarding pass and he kept insisting that he didnt have any.. Perhaps he threw it away.. Stupid dumb ass..

Needed e rep so wen i saw e rep, i alerted e rep and told him e situation and this was wat i said "Passenger claimed that he doesnt have a baggage tag and boarding pass.." and the rep asked me "Claim wat" I looked at him and i said "passenger say he no baggage tag and boarding pass.." He once asked my friend if she passed her license sacarstically and well next time ill ask.. "Did u pass ur english....." hehe.. stupid man.. haha..

Yesterday was doin 1800-0300.. Will be on 1800-0300 till sunday.. I dunno y but for some reason i love tis shift.. Perhaps bcos i don have to see my mum? Haha.. LIke wen im up she is at work. Wen im back, she is slping..

Work yesterday had its ups and dwn.. However on e whole it was nice :)

Alicia smsed me her results.. Well at least she jus has to redo Stats.. Not too bad..

Sometimes i wonder, y cant passengers understand simple english or chinese.. Really annoying wen u tell them tat their bags will come out frm tis belt and they run off to other belts and take other passengers belt.. LIke some psychotic..

Well weird.. however i did get complimented.. hehe.. by DM and the Station manager for JL and by my supervisor.. Basically it was for attentiveness and alertness.. :) K lah better start to prep for work. ciao now.

Saturday at Work

Yesterday, wen i wen to work, i found myself draggin myself to work.

Somehow i notice that i wan my social life is something i cant do without.. At work yesterday, one of my colleages said "When u work in the airport, ur social life is gone. No time for many things." I Agree with every word she actually said and well reflecting on my past, yea i agree..

Wen i was 17, my first job at the airport, always had to work on sat and while others are playin, im at e airport flirting with girls etc. Somehow i came to love all this and yea overal i love my job and every moment of it is treasured.

However yesterday was different.. Hmm im now a solo officer so lots of stuff to do and esp if u are the first person to take over the peak period like morning, afternoon and evening.. And doin it for the first time on ur own, is indeed a challenge.. For me hmm i dunno i was able to jus grasp it..

Later after tat, my other partners started coming in and well i was able to go and pee and take my toilet breaks..

Thing is tat my social life actually came around because of those few special pple arnd me and it was for them and tats y.. At times wen they are busy, u really wonder if its really worth having ur social life.

After sometime, u get used to tis social life and getting back to ur diciplined life is somewat difficult.. Kinda decided tat i guess im ready to forgo it i mean periodically its ok but not all e time.. yea..

Yesterday kinda got news tat the co. im in is giving up their tender and well tat means i got to move on to looking for a new co to be wif to work in e airport.. Gotta look for new co. so tat i can have at least a job at the airport.

Hmm well watever it is. Pray tat God will be there to help me lead and guide.. Hmm not sure of wat to bitch.. Guess next time ill bitch here first..

Back to Work

Finally! Tomorrow is the last day and the end of Chinese New Yr. My red packet collections hmm quite ok i think but thankful tat i have lah.. Doesnt really matter to me i guess.. I dunno perhaps as the yr go by, u don really expect much and wen u least expect a large amt, and it comes, u feel dam happy..

At the end of the day, i guess u really have to jus let it come to u. Don expect it.. :)
Hmm checked my last blog entry and well yea it was quite long.. Though its onli been 1 week plus but well yea long for me.. hehe.

The weeks were spent at home resting and really resting and well same time rotting?? hehe.. I mean it is boring however i really can sit and enjoy and let the day go by.. Once in a while its ok however habitually its not gd..

Realised tat i lack personal dicipline like wat time to slp etc. Got to get back to my diciplined life.. Hmm Since my last entry, some of the days tat i spent goin out, were with Licia.. Missed her lots.. LIke last week, we went out and it was raining heavily..

We wen to Johnlittle to buy an umbrella.. It was $12 and i so wanted to throw it away.. Licia ended up carrying it.. hehe.. We wen to look for a place to drink.. Headed to Spinelli and it was packed and wet.. Wen to Starbucks at the old Hello Centre tat has a starbucks now.. Yet again it was packed..

Then we headed to Coffee Bean at Paragon and got a seat.. Went to see the menu and i wen back to her and asked if we could go to Starbucks cafe.. Headed to the basement and wen i saw starbucks i was so overjoyed.. haha..

Enjoyed our drink and did lots of catching up.. Not bad.. Fun and miss bitching.. While i was purchasing our drinks, the girl who took my order, tried to flirt wif me till she screwed up the machine.. Tried to create small talks and Licia was wonderin y it was taking some time so she came to see.. ahha.. Hilarious..

In anycase, after our drink, we went to Taka's Best and then to PS for movies.. On the way there, met Fel fel and yea... We watched Ghost Rider.. It was the second for me.. ahaha.. AFter the show, we wen to Sunshine plaza to look at some stuff and then walked all e way to city hall..

We headed to the train station and took our trains home.. Halfway thru, we decided to u turn and then wen back to city hall for another starbucks.. Thanks to Dearie, im not addicted to Chi latte.. haha

Only then tis time did we really go home.. ahhaa..

Decided to go back to sch on another day which we did.. Wen back on thursday to visit some of my teachers.. Overal structural didnt change however some of the tables did.. My fav teacher was hospitalised and well spoke to our section head.. Spent some time talking to her and such.. guess she might be calling us back to talk to e new students..

Hmm today is Sat.. working 1500-2359.. Got to prep up in an hrs time.. Its like to a crew wearing her kebaya and for me e male grp steward of a kebaya.. ahaha.. Somehow i take pride in the uniform alot.. ahhaa

K lah need to have lunch and bitch more tonight.. ciao ciao
