School thus far

Wah e last blog was on the 15th and today is the 22nd so i guess its be wat a week since i blogged here?? Well think so lah..

This week, was my first week of sch and was i guess a landmark for me because it was new term, in a new school plus a totally new environment which meant tat i would be looked at differently.. No longer as an ITE student but as a Poly student..

In RP there is wat we call the Problem Based Learning (PBL) for short.. Im trying to like get used to the system in RP but then have to learn to work with people of different personality and you may not click well with them.

So far this week, i have been wif pple whom i can work with, and can click with, people whom i cannot click but can work with, people who i can click but not work with and people whom i cannot work and click wif.. the worst and e best of both worlds.

In my class there is tis 27 yr old guy and well he is more of an individialist or soloist i would say.. he doesnt mix wif many people and ill see him well rather be in the same group as him for Monday which is maths and thursday which is Communication.. terrible..

There are some girls who i don like as well but im trying to adapt lah.. but of course there are those whom i can work with so not too bad.. Im thankful with the fact that im from ITE and i guess that its that which makes me understand certain terms used and i guess maybe i understand certain stuff better then the rest.

I mean yes my weaker subjects are Maths since i hate it and Science which i havent been taking for a long time so yea. but so far for this two subjects, i believe that its because im vocal and that i present well which give me an A. Because i take a longer time to solve the problem trigger, i expected a lower grade but it doesnt appear so. And im thankful for that..

For my Cognitive Processes and Problem Solving, i havent got the results back but my teacher is nice.. as for my Introduction to Communication Practice, i got a B maybe bcos of my team work in the group i mean i guess i got a B cos i tried to get everyone in the team to participate.. i mean there were a few proactive ones but some are just well inactive or didn like to interact..

As much i they dislike working wif me, y don they also understand tat i don like to work wif them? so annoying.. But well i guess its jus childish.. Trying to enjoy my poly life..

This week was an eye opening week.. There are lots of things when i justify, i have to have bases to back it up so yea.. hmm i have to be more precise and read up more and understand more things le.. kinda like GP or something.. well need to work hard work hard work hard!!!

Sad Saturday

Hmm apparently Chris aka my guardian angel, isnt angry wif me.. but anyway..

Tis morning woke up and my voice was quite bad.. haha.. nose was quite blocked and sounded funny.. haha Wen online to chat and got an email.. apparently aunty jaselin (my dad's wife), emailed acer complaining abt their slow response wif regards to my laptop..

Quite disappointed wif e way they do things.. i called her and well discussed to take Fujitsu.. Well their bags are better looking though and look better for me but well its e performance of my lappy tat really matters to me so yea..

Emailed Fujitsu and cc a copy to aunty jaselyn so yea.. got everyting settled.. now i hope tat i wont have to wait so long and all.. i really need my lappy man i mean without, id rather not go to sch.. i emailed e sch management and well they said jus explain to my lecturer and get his understanding and well im praying tat i wont get a mean freak..

Didnt go much.. was jus chatting.. Wif licia, aini and few others.. hmm chris had an accident in aussie land and this mean more money goin out.. i understand his frustration.. jus wished could be there for him like how i was there for my other friends.. and teachers.

I mean some of my friends arent worth such treatment but chris is one of those whom i can really count on so yea.. though he gave me tis blood is thicker then water theory but well lets jus say he is somewat like family wif me too.. os yea..

Hmm kinda pissed tat i cant go to sentosa cos im not well.. i don care next week im goin to go.. i miss playing wif e dogs at Tanjong beach and running and doin stunts there.. haha kinda nice.. i mean i missed those days wen i wen there and run arnd making holes and patches and later seeing someone jus fall inside.. hehe..

Miss doin tat so much.. I dunno some how sentosa has become part of my life aside frm airport.. think i wan to work something out where i can go to sentosa in e morning till evening then head to airport for dinner or soemthing then head home..

But well gotta see how my timetable is like first..

Kinda like talking to aini now haha.. and tryin to comfort chris who is gloomy.. dunno how to bring a smile to him :( Hey was sharing w if me his sister's quote and tat is: Every penny spent is an experience earned... I kinda do agree wif it cos sometimes some pple learn it e hard way and money is hard to earn it will hurt wen u have to pay for it.. so yea.. hmm

Hope to go out tonight.. but dunno where to go le.. see how ba.. lord pls i wan to go out or else next week sch le.. i wan to enjoy my last few days of worried freedom.. haha.. well toddles for now..

Getting sick??

School is on monday and yday my throat kinda felt funny.. Tis morning, jus got back frm my friend's place and now im having running nose.. thing is monday is sch and im getting sick.. i cant get sick!!!

Its like a big no no for me... haiz.. well got home like jus now and was talking to Chris.. i think i took some medication and later felt a bit funny.. and wenever i take drowsy drugs, i always get well crazy and sometimes goin a bit too far wif my jokes..

He got pissed wif me and logged of.. Feel so erm.. no its jus wan to apologise lah.. jus send him and email so yea.. haiz.. wah e sun outside is so nice.. wish it would be tis hot on sat so i can tan.. but to begin wif.. my nose and throat like tat.. how to tan..

Hope i recover by tomorrow.. hmm dunno wat to write liao at least now all my blogs are up to date.. phew.. hehe well tats all folks.

Wednesday on Thursday

Hmm my whole wednesday was quite slack and nice.. Woke up at like erm 1200 noon?? haha.. But kinda felt guilty cos i havent been working out and all.. Goodness i have to start man.. feeling worst by the day..

Logged online and talked to my guardian angel chris.. haha.. its been great knowing him.. very brotherly.. Anyway, had like some sandwiches and my friend came over and were chatting.. we were chattin abt lotsa lame stuff..

Later after he left, i was kinda like slacking more and more.. haha.. Mummy called saying tat she had no bus to go home.. she didnt know y.. And we were joking on e phone so yea.. later he colleage gave her a lift home so yea..

Headed dwn to NTUC to buy some stuff. Used my tis week's allowance to buy provisions.. so yea.. haiz so sad.. spent like $35+.. Came home and chatted wif mummy while she was cooking dinner..

Recently, have been talking to her more.. dunno y.. i mean duh have to but yea.. kinda enjoy it though.. Had a call frm Dan.. so yea.. he asked if i wanted to go out..

I mean wow its late.. in any case i still wen ahead.. hmm chrissy smsed me and yea he sounded strict so yea.. hmmm

Wen there and initially, headed home and reach home by 0230 cos i ended up quarrelling wif dan.. haiz... fedup man.. gues u cant click wif some friends.. i dunno.. showered and went to slp lor..

Tis morning, well more like afternoon.. and e rep frm Acer called me cos on Monday erm e woman (my dad's wife) called acer and she faxed my form to acer attentionin it to tis person's name and so yday i emailed acer and dragged in her name..

So finally a call came so got it settled and had to come online to settle it.. well hopefully i can get my lappy by Wednesday lor.. i pray :(.. i feel so handicapped without my laptop.. sad case.

Summary of my Freshmen Orientation Programme..

Well firstly in other polys', its called Freshmen Orientation Camp.. However, in RP, its called Programme simply bcos the school is still under contruction.. its like everyday wen u come to sch, u are stepping into a construction site.. hehe

Some parts of e sch are still under contruction and blocked so we wont like walk along, past or watever so yea.. It looks very Japanese.. i guess u cant really tell frm e outside but once u are in the school, u can tell cos the design is by a japanese architect so yea..

Every morning for e past 2 days, well not really for both days.. for the first day, i actually followed e crowd who took e steps and yea.. it lead to the 3rd level where we took tat lift to get to my class room.. my class room was L6.. so yea.. my class is kinda cute.. W16Q..

It meant building W1, Level 6 and room Q.. cute rite?? hehe.. For the first day i was well kinda late but e rest were later then me.. haha.. cos of e bloody bus.. all packed like sardine cans.. so yea.. Day 1's prog was kinda boring and it was kinda useless for me cos i didnt have my laptop..

Kinda pissed wif e credit company and Acer doesnt have stock and now i have to wait for few more days.. maybe even weeks.. I feel like a handicap without my lappy.. so sad :'( Im jus scared tat e facilitator (teacher) would fail me for e day or something.. so yea..

Day 2 which was yday, was kinda cool.. it was fun and interactive and i really interacted wif well my grp members.. and we won 2 games.. first was "Brain benders"and second was something like sherrades.. and bcos we won twice, the facilitator actually had to regroup us.. os yea..

I was grped wif another grp of pple.. hmm kinda didnt like my new grp cos some were proactive and i had to initiate so yea.. but i guess in time to come jus have to get used to them.. hehe.. Along e way, we went to e toilet cos we were cold and not knowing it was raining outside so yea..

All of us wen to e toilet and in my class there was tis boy frm Myanmar so yea.. he followed us however not fast enough.. and so yea.. suddenly all of us vanished into e walls and i guess it kinda freaked out so he walked back.. and wen one of us wen out, we saw him and ask him y didnt he like follow and he said he didnt know where e toilet was so one of us directed him so yea..

Later, we did our presentation and e facilitator was quite impressed by my presentation.. hehe.. kinda happy.. and well time passed and we headed for home and of course i wen to slp so yea.. haha..

Woke up like in e evening and then watched tv and had dinner of course chatted wif mummy and then wen online till like 3 tis morning and then later well wen to slp..

Kinda like jus woke up abt hr or so.. So jus blogging and yea.. well tats it i guess.. e rest tonight..:)

Dreamland Airlines..

Ok today is actually sat but im jus settling accounts for friday.. so yea..

Kinda like woke up in e morning and thx to aini tat was cos she woke me up while i was flying.. aha We were playing tis funny thing.. Wen we slp, and go to dreamland, we would be flying to our fav destinations..

I was flying to Venice and Amsterdam.. hehe.. Well she woke me up to check wat time we were meeting so yea.. Settled to meet at 2.. However, i was late and 2 seems to be like 1445.. haha.. i was so bad.. haha

When i reached, i asked where she was and she said she was at Belt 13 and i don recall knowing of a belt 13.. there was a row 13 though and tats at departure.. I rushed and onli to learn tat she was at ROW 13 not Belt 13 and she was in Departures and not arrivals..

Looked for her and we wen to settle lunchies.. She ordered Carbonara and e lady asked her friend in hokkien something abt carbonara and she said "cabonana" and i nearly burst into tears.. i was controlling my laughter.. and it was so obvious.. Aini jus told me to shut up.. haha it was so dam freaking funny..

I ordered Terace Burger or something like that.. and we were jus laughing like trying not to make it so obvious.. well e aunty didnt know so it was quite ok.. hehe

Later we headed to T2 to grab frappacinos.. hehe.. i had my usual green tea and she had some chocolate thingy.. and wen back to T1's viewing mall and we chattted.. till our drinks finished.. we were watching planes and talking abt airlines etc etc..

And suddenly e topic abt relationship set in and we were quite open abt it.. very fun and cool.. We took few shots together.. haha and later we chatted more and after tat, her stomach felt funny and she wanted to go home so yea.. we took a sky train to T2 to take a bus.. i headed to expo to have dinner wif my friend..

Was quite pissed waiting for him so yea. Well i took some shots thing my card was full.. Soon he arrived.. headed to Suntec Area to grab dinner.. was quite pissed cos couldnt get parking space and to add to it, i got scolded too for being irritating..

Later headed to katong for laksa e famous one.. and it was nice man.. after dinner headed home.. i showered and all.. so yea.. Well later, mummy ask me to transfer some songs for her and said tat she had to return in like today (Sat) and i realised tat her off days is alternate so today would be her off day..

I got so fed up and chided her for lying to me.. well was quite slpy too.. was playing wif Bleach.. so yea.. hmm slp at like 2 plus..

Tis morning, woke up and called Hitachi to check my purchase form.. later tis stupid answering machine said they were closed.. dam it!! i was so fed up.. Freshmen orientation is on monday and yet still no call.. so yea.. dam it..

Anyway later im goin to sentosa to tan but frm e looks of it, no sun again.. haiz so depressing.. so demoralizing.. sad case.. well guess ill blog later.. toddles. for now.

Cleaning Room Day ;)

Yday i wanted to clean my room.. But before i could really clean my room, had to go to TM's NTUC to grab jus black trash bag.. However wen i wen there, i ended up getting more stuff.. hhaha..

Met Firdaus for lunch as usual he was late and as usual it was his treat.. hehe.. After lunch, we headed to popular cos he needed to grab some stuff.. so yea.. Headed home to start cleaning hoping to make it soon.. however, it was near evening..

Nic called and ask if i wanted to have dinner so i said yea.. but bcos he idiot tot he lost his dam new phone, he had to go back to check and yes it was wif him.. so he came to fetch me and his other girlfriend..

Headed to eat and my then my room was in a total mess.. haha bed by e wall and stuff all over the floor.. will post it wen im more freee..

By the time i got home, i was quite tired.. so yea.. showered and had to slp in e living rm.. and tis morning wen i woke up dam i felt so stuffy.. haha cos i had russell slping in e middle of my legs, kitty was above my head and bell was by my side.. all 3 animals were beside me..

Mummy later called me to slp in her room so of course i headed to her rm.. and slpy comfortably.. and woke up at like 12.. haha and wen online till abt 1600?? and started cleaning my room..

Finally done by abt 2100+ and boy did it look so much neater.. hehe.. and well smelt funny cos i bleached e floor.. so burnt Peppermint oil and it smelt better.. well hope it will stay neat for sometime and ill do my weekly vacuum and mopping..

Well gonna shower now cos i havent been showering for e whole day.. hehe well dont stink though.. toddles

Final Lap Over and a new start

Wow lots have happened.. haha.. like cant remember e last time i blogged tis time i didnt see wen my last entry was.. in anycase, lots have happened.. hehe.. Like im finally out of ITE and jus yday, did i receive new tat id be admitted into RP..

Since tis morning after church, i have been goin arnd gettin e neccessary paper work done. Had to check well call e idiot to tell him how much my notebook would cost and all tat.. later had to get e forms for mummy to sign and all i mean seriously as much as im happy wif e fact tat ill be in RP, e short notice is really creating lots of inconvenience for me..

Thank God for gd friends.. i have like 2 friends in RP one of them is followin me to grab my laptop tomorrow hmm so yea.. well been very tired but amidst all tis, prior to the news and all, i was quite sad and depressed asking myself if i would or could even enter e poly's..

Now tat i finally have my reply, my next worry is would i integrate into a Poly i mean its a new environment for me but i wan to take up e challange so yea.. well pray for me.. hehe

REcently met a new friend.. he is like my guardian angel.. Chris is his name.. he loves SQ to but im worst then him.. we talk abt plane stuff and i like chattin wif him cos i learn stuff abt planes and all..
